                       Format

From      : Write sender’s e-mail address
To          : Write the address of the person/s to whom you send e-mail
Subject  : Purpose of writing e-mail
Salutation
First paragraph       – Write the information why you are writing .
Second paragraph  – Describe the details of the email
Last paragraph       -  Conclude email paying thanks or regards

Que. Write an e-mail in a proper format to the member/s of your organisation to give him/her some important information that you wish to convey about the changes in the meeting.

Sub : Changes regarding the meeting
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that the meeting of the Apex organisation which was scheduled on 20 November 2019, Wednesday at the Town Hall, has been rescheduled.
I would request you to note that the meeting will be held on 26 November 2019, Tuesday at City Club. The agenda has also been changed.  Mr. Mirchandani will be the Chief Guest of the meeting. I have attached the details of the meeting. Please kindly go through it so that it will be convenient to you to make proper arrangements and prepare yourself for the same.
